What should I do if I have a problem accessing an electronic resource?

If you have an access problem, you should first check that you're logged in with the EUI institutional account, so you have the rights to access. If you can still not access, we recommend that you clear the cache/history of your browser. If you have Zotero (both the tool and the extension) installed, make sure the proxy settings are up to date. See the instructions.
