Follow the instructions below:
Zotero settings – Proxy
In Chrome
Locate Zotero Icon
Right click on it and select Options
In the Proxies section, delete the proxy configured by clicking on the "minus" sign
In Firefox
Locate Zotero active icon
Right click on it and select Preferences
In the Proxies section, delete the proxy configured by clicking on the "minus" sign
