Are there any fees for external libraries for Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery services?

FAQ for external libraries

The service is generally subject to IFLA voucher reimbursement, except for libraries that agree to free exchange.
Voucher requirements are as follows:

Loans (print books) for foreign libraries: 2 IFLA vouchers

Loans (print books) for Italian libraries: 1 IFLA voucher

Document delivery (digital copies): 0.5 IFLA voucher

Scanning: 1 IFLA voucher
