What should I do if I have a problem accessing electronic resources?

Before reporting a problem accessing electronic resources, check this page.

If you continue to experience an access problem, please first verify that you're logged in with the EUI institutional account and ensure you have the necessary rights to access. We also recommend clearing the cache/history of your browser. If you are still experiencing issues, fill out the Access Problem Report Form.
